Ageing and Pain

As we grow old, we aspire to lead a a normal healthy life but few of us experience pain, problem in movement, fatigue as a routine. The key factor remains in the lifestyle and routine we have lived or living. Imagine your body as a building. Now you need Strong Pillars i.e. your bones and Stronger Concrete i.e. your muscles, to keep this building last for a long time with minimal wear and tear. The physical workout is the key. Less amount of physical workout and exercise leads to weak musculature which in due course of time result into worn out tissues in and around the joints (called arthritis) and causes pain.
“Strong “and “Fit” is the mantra. If we are strong, we will remain fit. So we emphasize on strength. We loose strength with age and so our fitness reduces. Therefore if we can keep ourselves strong or regain our strength, we can also regain our normalcy from pain.
Again with careful examination, diagnosis and accordingly planned exercises the strength and fitness can be restored.
